i can try and take pix later lol... we went to bobs in farmingdale... got a great deal... its black italian lacquar.. im not a big fan of the wood furniture....

We keep slowly but surely changing over all of the furniture in this house just about. I don't have any photos right now of the bedroom but we ended up buying these great night tables from Target online and I think the two dressers are Ikea, although I'd like to replace them at some point. They belonged to FH years ago but they match our color scheme perfectly. I found a lot of great furniture at Direct Buy but you have to be a member to get that and shipping is expensive. I also found furniture I liked on Overstock and Amazon.

we got a great wood set from FFO in Oceanside. great selection, great prices, great quality. i'd recommend them highly

That is my problem i want like a tan wood - i hate dark and med wood

My wood is a 'whitewash' finish. If that's what you're looking for, try looking for whitewash furniture.

My wood is a 'whitewash' finish. If that's what you're looking for, try looking for whitewash furniture.
I have bben looking for that or like tan goldish sets
They aren't anywhere!!!

We didn't get to our bedroom yet but I just got the furniture for one of our guest rooms lol. I am doing a beach theme and it's a new line of furniture from Thomasville-a whitewash finish and only about $2,400 for the set - queen headboard, two nighttables, and a dresser with a mirror. We ordered it July 4th weekend and there was no tax I will try to upload pics later!

i got our bed at jcpenny and we have mish mosh of dressers... i assume we will have FFIL make us some dressers when we get a house... but for now it will suffice!

Gothic furniture allows you to pick whatever color you want, maybe try looking there. It's pure wood not crap plywood or cardboard.

They are on rte. 112 in Medford. If you see something you like wait until Columbus Day or Veteran's Day, they always do tent sales on the holiday weekends in front of their store and I got an amazing deal on a living room set for my brother (he needed it and had no $$$) got a really nice sofa & love seat, buttercream microfiber, very well made for $850, that was including tax and delivery and my sister got a beautiful bedroom set there, I think she paid like $1200 for everything. I went back last year and bought furniture for my guest room, they have nice high quality stuff and if you hit it at the right time you can get great deals.
