any suggestions on how to cook these...without sauce...bought them premade from the butcher and I am not sure of any other way? any suggestions?

maybe browning it in a sauté pan with just a little bit of olive oil and then put it in the oven. BUt i would add some type of sauce to it, or else it will be dry. Doesnt have to be pasta sauce but maybe doing a wine sauce sauce, or go on food network.com and find a sauce you would like, to pour over the bracciole and for it to be in the pan with the bracciole in the oven, can also burn if nothing is in there, need some type of moisture.
