NWR: Beer drinkers?????

NWR: Beer drinkers?????

I have a question since I am not a beer drinker.

I had a BBQ about 2 weeks ago. We had a lot of beer left over that has been sitting outside, in the shade, in a cooler.

Is this beer ok to drink?

I am having another BBQ on the 18th and wanted to know if I can add this beer to the beer that we will be buying?

Thanks for your opinion!

I am completey ignorant when it comes to beer!

I would try one. If it was cold and then became warm .. which I am sure it did after 2 weeks.. it might not be. Try one and see!

yeah drink up... i would take it out of the cooler, or dry off the cooler... keep the bottles dry, and prefent teh lables from peeling (then they woudl look old)

but if its a few weeks it soudl be fine... a few years... yuk

the beer is still good only if it has been cold the whole time. if it was cold in a cooler for your party and has remained cold you can still drink it. b ut if it has gotten warm since your last BBQ it is now no good.

What kind of beer is it? Despite popular belief, your average beer (Miller Lite, Coors Lite) don't get 'skunked' really. Most likely it's fine.

beer only turns bad when you go from warm to cold to warm or cold to warm to cold again. People drink it but honestly its not a good beer anymore.

Personally at bbq's i have a selection

Cheap/sissy beer: Bud Light or Coors Light

The non-beer drinker beer (beer i will not serve but yet i know people like): corona

The moderate beer drinker beer: Killians, Molsen (XXX or Ice), Amstel Light and blue moon

The real beer drinker's beer or beer snob beer: Guinness or Murphys, Micro breweries such as southhampton, brooklyn, omegang, any form of a IPS or ESB beer from England, St. Nick Bock (pennsylvanian german style bock beer), etc.

the white trash but everyone loves beer: pabst blue ribbon

Hahaa, guess I’m a sissy/non-beer drinker then?

Actually, I loooove beer, but can’t stand most American ones. I can’t wait for my E-Party where I’m going to be bringing in Carlsberg!! I’m also looking for Augistiner, but I’m pretty sure this is barely exported out of Munich.

carlsberg yummie.. i like dark stouts, creme ales, german bocks, barley wine, etc. for lighter beer i like the belgian style wheat ales. But i still will slam a PBR though - but i haven't had any beer in a month since i am trying to drop weight.
