NWR: BIATCH of an insurance guy

I consider myself to be polite when its needed. You are nice to me i will do the same.

So can someone tell my why my car insurane guy was just super douche to me on the phone? I've called his office 3 times in my whole life (today was the third) and all i was doing was BEING NICE to tell him not to wait for my fax since my fax machine is man down. And he was SUPPPER RUDE!!!!

He was even a douche to my dad through this whole flood situation - like what is the point of that??? Why cant you just be nice?? its your JOB to answer these questions!!!!!!!

People like that need to find other jobs where they don't have to communicate with people. It happens to me all the time when I call a company.. Last time I got so pissed I actually said 'maybe you should be in a profession where you are alone cause you sure don't know how to talk to a person, this is your job and if you don't want to do it then Quit!' and I hung up LoL!

That's when I let my fingers do the walking and find myself a new insurance company that will appreciate my business. Can't stand people like that.

ugh! i was just going to write- report him to his manager!- until i read he's the owner. that's insane. i don't understand how some people (especially business owners!) can act so unprofessionally!!

report him, and take your business elsewhere
the only way to let a business person know that their behavior in unacceptable is to take your money elsewhere
