I am considering getting a blackberry in a few weeks and I've never had one before. My SIL recommends the curve or the tour. I just want the purple one!! What do you guys recommend? I have no idea how they work or anything...

I was going to get the purple one but I was coming from a phone that had a camera without a flash and I LOVE taking cell pictures, so I didn't want to get another phone with no flash...which is the one major difference I found from the tour to the purple one.
I fyou don't care about that, get it, cause for all other intents and pruposes they're the same... and the purple one has WiFi which I don't care about, but some people might. The Tour does not.
Go to CNet.com and you can look up the phones how people rate them, how experts rate them and how the perform on your cell service.

I personally love my curve over the tour just bc it's easier for me to type since there are spaces between the letters. Fh has the tour and its fustrating when I try to type on his phone bc the letters are so close together.
Yeah, I have the Tour and the keys do **** a litte... FH had the curve and he loved that keyboard so much better

I have the white blackberry curve 8520 since october, and half the time I don't know what I am doing on it. LOL, but I love Blackberry Messenger!
FH totally wants to get us the new iphones but AT&T is way expensive. We have t-mobile now and I am way happy with our $120 a mo. bill!
