Go get Pamprin OMG it sooooo stops you from getting bloated.. I was in Aruba for a whole week and didnt feel Crappy while on them

I live by Midol. Gets rid of all the bloating! (not sure about your feet though -maybe just be sure to wear flats!)
i try to not take medication unless i really really have to....but drink TONS of water. I know being bloated that may be the last thing you want to do, but seriously water cures ALL.
Thanks girls. Its mostly my back hurting and my feet feeling swollen. My feet are small, but right now they feel supersized.
uugh i got up a whole size...thats how swollen i get.. i even have a differnt set of closthes for that time of the month... actually for me it is not that time it is the week B4. I feel ya girl. Pamprin works alittle but mostly I use diurex water pills. They work... u just pee a heck of a lot
