Has anyone ever stayed overnight on Block Island???? Thinking about going there for 4th of July while my DD is at sleep-away camp. Any suggestions??????

I didn't stay overnight but FH and I went with friends 2 summers ago and spent a whole day there, and it was amazing. Don't know if you've been there before but its really fun and beautiful - definitely worth going!

I went there when I was in high school - it was a lot of fun! No clue where we stayed, but it was so nice to ride bikes around!

Block Island is our favorite place! We go every summer and stay in the Spring House.

there are a ton of B & B's that are amazing. Just dont stay at the Highview. it never has hot water and you pay for really bare bones rooms.
Here is a site that you can look at all the places. I have booked through block Island accommodations a few times. Since it is a holiday most places book up super early and there is a min stay. On a regular weekend you have to stay fri and sat.
4th of July week is a big week out there and they have a parade and stuff so if you want to go I'd book now and dont be surprised if places are booked.
