nwr: bra and large chests lol

okay, so my bras are just not cuttin it nemore

i have a few of the vs ones, the very sexy line and i like them because they are nice ones, not Grandmaey looking but although they give decent support, they also give a bad spillover thing

so i want a nice looking, not Grandmaey looking one that gives really good support but also dont do the spillover, 4 boob thing. (i know some say full coverage but i want to know for you girls which ones really work)

tia and SORRY IF THIS IS TMI!

i SWEAR by the full coverage Ipex at VS...this will sound weird, but it feels like a suction cup on your chest (in a good way). I feel very secure in it, and the bras look great and non-granny-ish.

My sister also went to a place recently and was very satisfied. I want to say this store was located in Bellmore, but I'll have to check with her :).

i got fitted at georgette's in hicksville and they recommended Wacoal brand bras for me. So i checked them out at Macys and they are really pretty (lacey yet sturdy, not grandma looking at all lol). I ended up buying 3 and i love them so far.

Well mine aren't huge. but I'm having the same problem finding a good one. I do not like VS bras at all. They're so expensive and most make my boobs not move or the underwire digs in underneath. I can't tell you how many different style ones I've bought then thrown out eventually. I actually like some Calvin Klein ones from Macy's that are just lace but then your nips show through your shirt so I have to put inserts in so I don't have to worry about that at work and stuff lol.

I love The Body collection (not ipex, I have spill issues)

Also try Ballys / Ballis (sp?) Macys & Century 21 carry this brand. My cousin has huge Boobs & she swears by then

they are a little pricey but i swear by the bras i get at Intimacy (in NYC).....

I always have problems finding bras that fit me properly....they fitted me there and i got bras that made an amazing difference....they lift you up and in so my boobs look perkier and the bras just fit so much better. I highly recommend going in there!!

i hate buying bras because they never work. i have to have full coverage because of the spillover issue and I'm not that big..only 36D...but I have found VS to be crap. They only work once in a while. It's sad but true the cheap ones are the best

I love the ones they sell in Lane Bryant, Cacique. I'm a 40-DD or DDD (depends on the time of the month and style of the bra), so I can't even get the VS bra's anymore. The last one I bought I paid a lot of money for and the wire popped out and stabbed me and I now have a scar in my cleavage.
Anyway, the Cacique bra's are made very well, there's usually a sale or coupon that you can use with them. The ones I get are bigger than a demi cup but smaller than a full coverage so I can wear lower cut shirts and not have my bra sticking out. They have pretty ones there too.

Re: nwr: bra and large chests lol

Fredrick's of Hollywood used to carry an awesome plus line in their stores but now I'm told it's only on the website. Odder sizes as well, I have a few 36FF from there from when I was a little heavier and they're comfy and last forever. I have a few of the VS ones and I like the way they look under shirts but they break sometimes. Whenever I see something that looks nice and has some stretch to it so as not to cut in and do the 4 boob thing as you put it, I try it on. Because of that I have a drawer full of randomly purchased bras.
