Does anyone know what the broker's fee usually is for an apartment?

standard broker's fee is usually 1 month's rent of whatever they find you.

Usually one month's rent, but most cut you a deal if you pay cash.

It's usually 1 month's rent in LI but in NYC it's around 12% of the yearly rent.
