Not sure where everyone is but I am in Hauppauge now and we are having a brown out. When we called LIPA, they named almost every town on LI that is being effective by it right now. Be careful of the traffic lights when driving girls. Please dont let me loose the juice to my computer. LOL

a brown out is a minor black out. For example, we have half the lights in our building about 1/4 completely out and 1/4 flashing. Every building on the block is like this right now.
