NWR: BURN TWICE THE CALORIES!

I noticed an interesting machine at the gym and decided to try it out. I've since learned it burns TWICE the calories of using the ellyptical (which is my fave machine) and the treadmill!
Check it out and if u see it at ur gym TRY IT! Its a cross btwn a treadmill and a stairclimber. and its easy on the knees too!

im very skeptical of calorie numbrs on machines...where did you find out that it burned more cals? I use a heart rate monitor for that kind of stuff, if it was on an advertisement just be careful, they are often false...either way though, i bet it was good workout! As long as its fun and gets your heartrate up thats great!!
