NWR: But I have to say this.....

I will never wear skinny jeans!! Ever again!

My Mom & I actually just had an argument over this...in short....she says to me 'Are you going to buy a pair of skinny jeans'....I then proceeded to laugh and responded with ' Ummm I will never step foot into those ever again, do you remember what my a** looked like in that,especially when I had them frenched cuff w/ scrunch soocks on & I bet if you polled half the people on this block they'd agree!' So she continues on talking about 'how bell bottoms came in and out....blah blah blah....there just going to stop making flare and all they'll be selling is those fitted jeans' I told her she was crazy a few more times and just dropped it....

Does anyone else agree with me here? (JMO...if you have a pair I'm sure you look fabulous in them....me not so much!!)

I could never put those on my body. I was in the Gap the other day and saw those Skinny Pants they have now, It looked like something you put on your arms

PS - Gap now has Curvy Jeans and Dress Pants and I am in love!!!!!!!!!!!!!

seeing as i'm a size 18---me and skinny pants do NOT go together.

i don't get why the gap is doing this overhaul on the 'skinny pant' seriously....even on actual skinny people it looks silly

all you'll end up with is a bunch of big ole fatties with booty-do's trying to wear those pants and looking stupid.

btw--booty-do=when your stomach pouches out farther than you're booty do.

I LOVE THERE CURVY JEANS!!! I have never found a pair of jeans that fit me as well as those do! I mean fit, length everything...love them!!!

ok im pretty petite so i SHOULD be able to pull them off. . .HOWEVER, dont forget to take into account my giant clown feet - i swear i cried with joy the day boot cut jeans became fashionable - if my jeans are even a little bit tight on the bottom my feet look GINORMOUS! yucky!

oh, i feel your pain. when i first told fh my shoe size his jaw hit the floor. they're not THAT big (a 9) but his last gf had size 5s.

but yeah, skinny jeans are definitely a don't for me. never liked them. i have seen people that look great in them, but i've seen even more (even thin people) commit fashion homicide.

im 5'7...and not the skinniest chick but I bought skinny pants. a pair in gray and black (for work) they look great, I think...and i have an *** and all. So I would get the jeans the pants...im liking the skinny pant trend.

IF my fat a$$ would look hot in those jeans I would buy em, but I definatly am a little too hippy to rock jeans like that!!!
