They are always so nice when I screw up my order! LOL! Last time I had my old address in there and I didn't notice it until they shipped it (which was in like no time) and I called them and they rerouted the package for me and upgraded me to VIP and kept apologizing even when I was like, no it's totally my fault. LOL. And I just did it again and they're like no problem. I love good customer service!

They are the BEST. I ordered four pairs of shoes to try on for the wedding, and they delivered them the NEXT DAY. I don't think I'll ever buy from a brick-and-mortar store again.
