NWR but I need to vent a second

Why is it that my upper management are just rude people.
The poor fed ex guy just got his ear chewed off by my boss. He was so down right rude to them.

Your upper management is mean That is a terrible thing to do!!! Especially this time of year when they are working their tails off!!!!

there is an attorney in my office that went balistic on our ups guy once. basically, she did not want to sign for a personal package involving an estate dispute/legal matter and he was like no problem, i'll just write that you refused. she damanded that he stay at our office and wait unit she called the Judge assigned to the case and blah...blah...blah. The guy was like lady, I cant' just sit here and wait for you to track down the judge. She went nuts on him. Anyway, she storms off and says she's calling ups to report him. I gave him my card and told him that if he got in any sort of trouble he sould call me and I WOULD CALL UPS and SET THEM STRAIGHT!!

He was really appreciative. I love our UPS guy but hate some of the people that I work with.
