What the heck does it mean when i see someone say 'bump' I am sooo confused!! Can someone please explain?

It means they want to bump or move the post up to the top so its seen again.

As soon as someone replies to something it goes to the top of the first page of all topics... so if you write anything, even if it's just to write 'BUMP' it moves it to the top.
