NWR but Very Important:: Annual Credit Reports

Hi Gals and Guys, I wasn't sure if you were aware but now with planning weddings and money and credit becoming extremely important nowadays (when was it not, is what I want to know! lol), you are entitled to a annual free credit report by all three companies effective September 1, 2005 in NY (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian), just log onto Annual Credit Report.com and choose which you would like to get for immediate viewing.

Just an FYI, you can order all three at once, but it may be best to space them out, as once you order all three, you have to wait another 12 months to order your report again. These three companies share info, so it may be a good idea to wait a few months to ensure the best 'safe-keeping' of your credit.

I want to add, and they explain this on the site that spacing tehm out is one way to do it, but there's an advantage tog etting them all at once which means you can compare them. They're never all the same when I pull mine, and the credit core diff can be up to 100 pts. And that helps me pinpoint the differences and any errors, etc

I think you have to order to get your score (at least that's what it said when I clicked on getting my actual score), but definitely if you get conflicting reports usually, it's best to order all at once.

My three scores were within 20 points apart. My middle score was 807.

DjPiLL did you have to pay for all three or just once? I only ordered one report, so I assume that I need to ordered all three to get all three scores, right?

I was able to get all three reposrt for free, but yo have to pay to get the score, 1 was 5.95 another was 6.95, and I can't recall the cost of the 3rd one. I only paid for one.
