Has anyone seen it on Broadway? I'm thinking of going with my mom. We like very funny, upbeat shows. How does it compare to shows like Mamma ***, Hairspray, Crybaby or 9 to 5 the Musical?

I saw it last month... Gina Gershon was great, John Stamos...ehh not so much... he was ok... all the kids in the show were fantastic...
the first scene kinda drags, but then it picks up... my mom and i both said, 'its intermission already!!!??'
I def recommend it.

Bye Bye Birdie is definitely one of my favorite musicals and John Stamos is HOTTTT.
