If my cable modem goes out one more time this week I will scream! How many freaking times am I going to need to call up TWC and complain before they realize I'm having a problem here?

I have Cablevision and boy have I flipped out on them several times.....although I LOVE having opt online, it freakin SUX when it goes out bc then there is no phone, no computer, and TV - ***?!?!?!!?!?!?

Yes, this is why I will NOT get that new Digital Phone. Hmm, do I want my phone service going out this often???
