Describe a good cake that has cannoli cream in it?
Tomorrow is my Dad's Birthday and my sister and I think a cake made with cannoli cream layers is the best choice, but what kind of cake and frosting??? Should we add any fruit? Help!

I like plain white cake with cannolli cream in it (that is what we are having for our wedding) I wouldnt add any fruit to it.

for wedding we had choc cake w cannoli cream. it was delish!
i think it was buttercream frosting. yumm

Yeah I'd say any white or yellow cake is great with canolli.
I think we might do a layer with Cannoli. I loooove it.
