NWR. calories in microwave popcorn.

okay so on the bag... it says two columns. 2 tbsp unpopped 140 calories and then 'per cup popped' 30 calories.

How do I know? This doesn't make sense to me.


Either way, I'm bout to eat the entire bag cuz I've only eating 280 calories so far today hahah.

probably 140 is right ... though that might be for one serving only (depends if it's plain or butter)

I always wondered why they put the cal for unpopped. Who eats unpopped popcorn?

i eat the halfpopped! lol

just put on there how many calories if you eat the whole bag. or half the bag.

no one eats 'one cup'
