NWR: can u believe this
my fh got a ticket in 1999 and now are telling him he has to appear b/c their records were wiped out. his brother and BIL also got the same letter. what kind of nonsense is this? we have to provide proof that we paid iit. HELLO it was 7 years ago. what are we supposed to do? i hope we can find it at his house, but if not i dont know. any suggestions? thanks
