NWR' Car Accident - need advice - regarding what to do
So on my way home from getting my shoes for my wedding, there was a car accident situation...
I was driving south on the road, and a Mary Haven van/ bus ran a red light and drove through the intersection, I had to switch lanes to avoid, colliding with it. I spun off the road, while doing 360 degree turns, according to the witness that stopped...
The Mary Haven Bus continued driving, and didn't STOP!
(I called & reported this to Mary Haven)
The witness, sat with me for 10/15 minutes, I thought I was fine, and we walked around my car, it appeared to be fine... So I decided to go home. I got back on the road, and not even 5 minutes later, my tire was flat, (obvil from going over the curb it must have popped)..
Dh came, and spent 90 changing the flat off & putting the donut on in the downpours. I called Mary Haven to report it, The Head of Transportation seemed helpful...
When my husband got to the scene, I think I was in shock..
b/c now my whole body aches! I've been having spasms in my back & my right shoulder...
If this happened at 3:45 yesterday afternoon, can I still file a police report? What do I do?
