NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

Has anyone tried that? I think it will be cool to do some fune aerobics you learn to strip tease, lap dance ETC while you excercise. LOL! On EBAY they have it I can't believe it at a good price but not sure if I should get. What you guys think.

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

I go to Crunch fitness and I take the same class she teaches at the LA studio...it's really a great workout. I never thought it would be that hard...I give strippers A LOT of credit. no wonder they have such tight bodies! (the well paid ones anyway )

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

what numbers are u going to get??????????

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

I did not like the strip tease one

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

on ebay you can get all 5 disc for 15.00!

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

My sis got number 2 and it's actually pretty good! But she read customer reviews that all the other ones weren't that great... but for $15 might as well get the whole thing!

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?

I have the 5 disc set. It is ok. If you are looking for high impact this isn't what your looking for. One disc fun. You have props with a mens shirt and hat, tie. It's cute and fun to learn the routine but not if you want to feel the burn.

Hope this helps

Re: NWR: Carmen Electra Aerobics?
