NWR: CARS

I am looking to buy a new car and I am so torn....the ones I am thinking about is
VW Rabbit

I am looking for a small car...environmentally friendly...anyone have any of these cars and can give me some more insight?

I am on my third and fourth MINI Coopers. Can you tell I love them?

They are great little cars and come with pretty decent warranty and maintenance programs. They are good on gas (the Cooper more so then the Cooper S) but they require premium gas, so unfortunately that kind of counteracts the good gas mileage.

A lot of people always give me crap about how small they are and how do I feel safe. FH and I got into an accident in my last one, and the car rolled onto it's side (in a convertible no less) and all we walked away with was some soreness and FH had a scrape on his arm from his window breaking.

I would suggest checking out MINIusa.com-you can build the car to your specs and see how much it will cost. The combination of packages and colors is pretty unlimited. The price on the website is basically what you will pay-because they are in pretty high demand it's hard to negotiate prices. You can order one exactly to your liking, which takes about 6-8 weeks, or you can see if the dealership has someone you like in stock or on it's way over. I have always dealt with Habberstad MINI which is in Huntington station. If you go there, ask for Corey-she's a sweetheart.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask me.

Oh and I had a Jetta before I had my MINIs and I wouldn't wish their crappy customer service on my worst enemy.

Too funny I just posted something about cars too!! I do not have any experience with any of these cars, but FH just bought a brand new Nissan Sentra and it has awesome gas mileage. I also saw at Nissan that they now have a hybrid Altima too.

I just got a Prius a month ago. While it's not on your list, i think you should DEFINITELY check it out! It was way more giddy up than i expected (i had a V6 before), it's super cute, and very roomy! Plus the 45 mpg doesn't hurt!
