I'm so sick of this case, but it keeps getting more and more RIDICULOUS!
I know that their are many... and I mean many horrible murders that don't get publicity like this, but the fact that It is so public makes it hard for people not to have an opinion.
I just read that Cindy Anthony (Casey's Mother) wont be charged with perjury.
I don't get it... can someone please explain?

too many reasonable doubts. That's why OJ got off, and another killer was never arrested. Same goes for this case. She did it, but she wont serve time. Awful!

but the courts have proof that her mother lied... like hard evidence. I guess apparently during the time she said she made those searches online.. she was at work, and her job has her clocked in and everything. I just don't get it.

Although they have evidence that the mother lied. District Attorneys weigh whether the time and expense is worth pressing charges. It would seem like it is an easy case but litigation is not quick or easy. There is a lot that happens before the case gets to trial. They probably determined that the potential cost is not worth it.

I just heard about the Brooklyn boy a little bit ago... so sick and twisted! I really just hate hearing about these things. It's scary..
