I think my persian is a CatDog . Looks like a cat.. Acts like a dog.. He refuses to use a litter box, he will only use wee wee pads, and right now he is drooling all over my arm. Ewe and my keyboard.. He begs for food at the table. Loves chocolate donuts, (he actually steals them out of the box if we dont wrap it in plastic) ANd he cannot be in the room without being in my lap.

OMG I have a persian also...same color who is horrible with using the litter box...she canonly go in like 2 rooms because she already ruined one couch! I should try wee wee pads...do u put them in the litter box?

No he wouldnt use them in the box, I had to start with like 3 in all the places he used on the carpet and then i replaced them with furniture or like a planter (only for a few weeks) and now he just uses the one i want him too.

i have a persian too!!
i love them - I'm a dog-person (this is my first cat), and he's very un-catlike.

One of my b*tchy cats (Mima) goes in the litter box but hangs her a$$ off the edge and poops on the floor! I can't even get mad, b/c I honestly dont think she realizes since all 4 of her feet are in the box!

My dog hangs off the wee wee pads but shes a weiner dog and I dont think she realizes how long she is and she pees on the floor its actually funny!! Actually she thinks shes a cat I took her to training classes and the trainer even asked me if she thought she was a cat!!!!
