Does anyone know the return policy for century 21?
I bought a pair of bearpaw boots on friday for my trip to RK saturday and they RIPPED apart my feet! FH is p i s s e d! he wants to go there wednesday and see if they were a defect pair.
his SIL used to be the HR manager there, but that was 7 years ago... i'll ask her the policy, but it might have changed.

sounds like the boots are defective, you should go back and tell them what happened. while i haven't had any experience like that with any item i bought at Century 21, i did however have a similar experience but it was bought from another store. i don't know if i was just lucky but i spoke to the manager and they were more than willing to replace or refund the item for me.
