Anyone know of a casual, cheap restaurant in the Hauppauge/Smithtown/Commack area? Me and FH don't know where to go.....we're hungry but not in the mood for anything fancy.

there are some great pizza type places with dining rooms in commack....marios and laScala!

La Scala is the BEST but can be pricey!! Wobbly Olive in Hauppague is good and reasonable with prices! We also love Thai House in Smithtown.

Next time try Millers Ale house in Deer Park. Cheap and the fish tacos are DELICIOUS!

ollio's in the pathmark shopping center has amazing italian.
izumi in the commack corners shopping center has sushi that's to die for! soooooo good, but on the pricey side.
theres also a really good greek place on larkfield rd near smoke-a-burger. both are tasty, but you get ALOT for your money at the greek place. DH and I spent about 25 bucks for ourselves, and another couple

Thanks! We ended up finding a new Thai restaurant called Raan Thai over in Smithtown. It was delicious!! They just opened four months ago. it's BYOB. If you like Thai, check it out!
