Uh oh. I was just eating lunch and thought I bit a hard piece of rice but now I notice my tooth is scratching my tongue a little so I think I chipped my tooth somehow (on chicken, asparagua and rice!?!?!?). Is that bad? Do I need to go to the dentist? I have been avoiding him for a long time and will have to find a new one. Ugh.

Re: NWR- chipped tooth?
Ok, I did that once with a fork. Is it a bad chip? Mine wasn't, I filed it myself with a nail file. Check it out and see how bad the damage is first.

No, it isn't bad...it isn't a gaping hole or cutting me orr anything. Maybe I'll give a nail file a shot! Thanks!

Yeah, try it very gently, gently. Don't go overboard, alittle bit will do ya. After a day or so you won't even notice it anymore. Anything so I don't have to go to the dentist I perform all my own surgeries...j/k..
