yikes. i know im scared. but i feel like its more my bones (shoulder blade area) than the muscles. so im not sure if a massage would cure that. (but it is a good reason to try!!).

Where do you live/work?
I know of a good chiropractor, but he is Midtown.

try the massge first....a lot of people have told me about bad experiences with chiropractors....the guy i went to made it worse not better.

a chiropractor in brooklyn/queens/long island is best.

i work in the bronx, live in brooklyn, and i drive through queens everyday. the city is hard because i have to find parking :(

i have 1 in Massapequa i go to. far from you though.

i don't know about the massage, if they're not certified or anything, they can actually do more damage than good.

i've heard the same about chiropractors too, but i've been going for 5 years now due to 3 car accidents and have NEVER had a problem with any that i've went to. some i've liked better than others, but all i feel have helped me

I would definitely recommend trying a chiropractor - I went to one in Huntington for a month or two for chronic headaches and he did wonders for me...it definitely helped!

try the massage first...if that doesnt help after one or two of them, then maybe look into a chiroprator...When I broke my neck I went to one for a few visits once i healed and i left there in more pain than i was when i got there...

Plus you can always talk your FH into giving you a massage...I dont think a guy would mind putting his hands on you!!!

Well, this guy is on 42nd street between 7th & 6th ave. Walking distance from the F,V,B,D & 7 train. Just in case if that made it any easier.
