Christina Applegate is on her way to being married with a child.
The actress and her fiancé, Dutch bass player Martyn Lenoble, are expecting their first child together, People.com reports.
The couple, who have yet to set a wedding date, dated for two years before getting engaged on Valentine's Day of this year.
Applegate, 38, told the mag that Lenoble, 41, was her source of strength during her recovery after undergoing a double mastectomy in 2008.
'He's been a friend for about 13 years,' she said of her fiancé last year. 'Our relationship gets stronger and stronger. I'm really lucky.'
She added, 'I'm very grateful to Martyn for coming along at a time that he did because he's been my rock through all of this. He gave me something to really want to live for and something to smile about.'
