Ok...So my MOH/BFF has a 3 year old lil girl who I adore and who is also my FG! They moved to Florida this past May and I am missing them something awful!! MY FH always gets mad bec he says I go overboard on my FG for holidays and bdays! I tell him to mind his beeswax bec i make my own $ and she is the ONLY kid I know and love and it makes me happy. Fast foward to Xmas this year..I have bought a few small things but we are reallllly broke! I cant do what I normally do for her there is just no way and its killing me, I am sooo sad and I dont want her or my BFF to think I am forgetting her or anything. My FH is nagging constantly and questioning me if I spent any more $ and I am like NOOOOOO!!! Christmas shopping with no $$$$ sux!! Sorry to whine y'all just bummed!

awww I'm sure she will be happy with whatever you get her and I am sure your BFF will completely understand - I mean you are saving for your wedding so it's completely understandable the holidays aren't going to be the same this year as far as affording gifts.

FH and I are skipping xmas this year...we just cannot do it and everyone understands...so don't stress too much about it. A wedding is a huge expense!

we're in the exact position about xmas gifts for this year, it's just to hard to have a generous budget since our wedding is in less than 10 months! we're still gonna get gifts BUT our budges for xmas has def dropped!
