FH and I decided to stay home this weekend and send flowers to moms and clean. (We haven't been home for a weekend in over a month, our apartment looks like a tornado ran through it).
I just need to say that I absolutely HATE cleaning, and, if I wouldn't look like a total tool hiring a cleaning lady for a 2 bedroom apartment, I would do it.
That's all, just had to rant.

lol we are the same way! we used to be so good but lately we kinda wait till we cant take it anymore or until someone is coming over to clean..uhh i hate cleaning!!

It's so hard.... we both get home from work around 6, and by that time, I hardly have energy to cook dinner, let alone clean!
We started tonight at around 8:30, and still have both bedrooms to do. Needless to say, we are taking a break!

i hate cleaning!!! ... lucky for me i dont have to do it ... sorry girls ... me and FH have an arragment ... i cook dinner and do the laudnry and he washes the diishes and clean the house ... one of the many reasons why i love him ... he likes to clean ...

That is what i just finished doing too!
I took out all the summer clothes, and packed away winter clothes, and went through a pile of paperwork that needed to be filed and thrown away and did laundry and put that away.. I am so beat right now.. But i'm going to attempt to do hw so i'm awake when FH comes home at 2.

My FH always laughs at me, because when I come home from grocery shopping I always buy a ton of cleaning supplies (clorox wipes, swiffer stuff, dusters, tide pens, etc!!!!!!! ). I can't get enough.
You'd think my apartment would look cleaner than it is though....

FH is the same way when we go food shopping ... i hate going down the cleaning isle ... esp. by the air freshner ...its like taking a child down the toy asile

I know a lot of you will think I'm nuts, but it must be the traditional Italian girl in me...I don't mind cleaning, cooking or any of that stuff. I like taking care of myself, my stuff and can't wait to do it for my man! He's worth it and SO much more!

When we first moved in, I cleaned every day. But, that probably was because I wasn't working. I just can't be bothered now! The only place that I keep clean is the kitchen, I can't stand to have a messy kitchen.

When we move in I'm know I'm going to be even a bigger cleaning freak...when we move in together we are moving into a HOUSE!!! I'm so excited over it...three floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms....what to do with all those rooms to clean!

I have the same 'problem'....I get going, turn on the music and I am unstoppable! I find that doing laundry while cleaning is great....by the time a load is done, dusting is usually done....by the time load two is done, vacuuming is done...and by the time load three is done, if there is a load three, everything is neat and smelling fresh! At that point, ALL chores are done for the week lol

My FH already agreed that he is the outdoor cleaner...mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, trimming bushes, sweeping, hosing the driveway, watering the lawn....I want to be in charge of the actual flowers so I can proudly show them off lol He knows that we are sharing other cleaning duties too, but the one thing I'm in charge of for life is ironing....he HATES it! I iron EVERY single day for work, so I am used to doing it by now. Again, some music and a cup of Dunkin' Donuts makes ANYTHING possible

I hate cleaning. FH used to be a clean freak but I think 8+ yrs with me has had a negative effect on him!
My sister and I are hosting brunch at our apartment on Sunday which means we have lots of cleaning in store for us tmrw...
