NWR - Co-op closing costs

So i get yet another letter to offer up my cash for nonsense

My question is - is a UCC financing statement and Lien search part of the closing costs?

I never owned a Co-op but no one could ever tell me exactly what the closing costs covered. We had to pay for a title search (which is probably the same thing).

My UCC was seperate from the closing costs. I think my UCC 4 years ago was about $150.

Make sure they do the lien search...as a co-op owner you own shares of the corporation. If the co-op has any financial liens against it that could be bad news for you...kinda like investing in a bad company.
Plus you'd have a VERY hard time selling when the time came...

ETA: Both were able $150 for me
