So, we have our meeting with the co-op board tomorrow. Yeah! Also, our mortgage broker (who was a complete idiot) was replaced by someone infinitely more competent! YEAH! Hopefully, by the end of the month we'll be in our new place! Please send us some good vibes, girlies! Thank you!

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I really appreciate the prayers and good vibes. As it turns out, the seller is the president of the co-op board. The vice president was the one we were going to meet with tonight. But, after looking at our packet and speaking to us on the phone, they decided to go ahead and sign off on the deal!!!! I'm SO excited! All of you who are going through this process I wish you the best of luck and lots of good vibes!!!
