Is there a time when construction and landscaping is allowed to begin in the morning? FH and I were woken up at 8:30am to landscapers under our window, mowing the lawn next door. Is it really necessary to do this on a Saturday morning so early?? If it was during the week, fine... but the weekend???

unfortunately they can. By me they're building a new house and even start around 7am that shouldn't be allowed

i hate that! my old landlord used to have landscaping people come every saturday to this place where we used to live, and they'd be there at 8am on the dot with their lawnmowers, leafblowers, and weedwackers unnecessary?

omg, i know exactly how you feel. before i moved to philly i would be woken up around 7:30 from landscapers with lawnmowers and leaf blowers.... i thought it was nice that the property was so wellkept but i couldnt STAND beign woken up so early.

Same thing happened to me and I wanted to complain to the town but my dad told me that they ARE allowed to do that! It stinks!
