NWR: cookie deliveries

I want to send my FH a big cookie that says Happy Birthday or a box of cookies. I need to be able to pin point the exact delivery day though since it is a bday gift. He works in Manhattan, anyone know a good place to order from? I already tried mrsfields.com but they dont let you pick the exact date to deliver.

Popcorn factory has lots of yummy things but I don't think they have just one big cookie. The website for it is popcornfactory.com.

I'm not sure about the last two sites, but i know popcorn factory lets you pick the exact day. They do have birthday tins and stuff also.
