How do you guys make stir fry?? I usually do this Schezan spicy shrimp stir fry, but I want to try something different tonight.
Any Asian Stirfry ideas? or any stir fry ideas? How do you do it? Thanks!!

I usually throw frozen stir fry veggies in a frying pan with some olive oil til they start to get soft. Then I add either chicken, steak, or shrimp. Then either some teriaki or soy sauce and I top it off with sesame seeds.

a lil bit of oil.. like a teaspoon.. coook the shrimp or chicken or beef.. then add veggies.. any sauce u want is fine.

pretty much same here... but in a wok to be fancy and we throw the noodles in the wok too!! :)

Ok now that we are on this topic....what noodles do you girls recommend. I cant seem to find good noodles?
