NWR - Coop Closing Question
When you close on your coop do you make your first mortgage payment at the closing? We got a list of a ton of payments to make at the closing including the maintenance and other expenses but none list an actual mortgage payment.

closing costs will usually run you anywhere from 3%-6% of the agreed on sale price.
