NWR: Coops/Condos

Anybody know of any Co-ops or Condos available? FH and I have to move ASAP and we don't want torent anymore! We need a 2 br!!!

What about the Queens/Nassau border?
Close to to New Hyde Park?

What's good about them is that if you live on the top, you have the option of addign a dormer.

Also, some bottom apartments can renovate the basement.too.

My favorite part is that they allow pets!
