NWR: could use some help writing my objective for resume

hi girls.. so of course i procrastinated and i need to bring a resume into school tomorrow but have NO IDEA how to write the objective and could use asmuch help as you girls are willing to give!

I just searched nursing resumes, I'm not sure what you are applying for but I found this

Seeking a challenging position in a busy hospital where my extensive medical professional and practical experience will be fully utilized.

an objective is usually the type of position or work you want to do...For mine i wrote something on the lines of seeking a position in the area of case management utilizing my strong communication skills and mental health background

not sure whether it's for school or a job but i didn't put an objective on my one for b-school... i had a lot of work experience. but if you think you need one i would google it. I tried to find an older resume but i vaguely remember mine being something like.... to be a contributing member of a dynamic and challenging organization.... blah blah

you should always make sure it's targeted specifically for the job you are applying for.

Every summer we have to hire new seasonal staff and and half the resumes have very generalized objectives 'to get a job' or an objective that is in no way related to what we do!

I am an audiologist, but I said 'obtain a clinical fellowship to gain knowledge and experience working with a diverse population of patients.'

i don't use objectives (my reasoning is employers KNOW why you're applying) i use 'profiles.' for my teaching position i used:

'Comes from a diverse background which enables adaptation to new environments and the incorporation of new and exciting ideas into the classroom. Strives to provide new and exciting ways to approach various subjects, and extensively incorporates her art and theatre background.'

basically a BRIEF summary of what you can offer the job. i found the people i applied to with it usually appreciated it more as they often skip over the objective part.
