I was woken up at 5am this am with the worst cramps of my life......I HATE THEM!!! ive taken meds and used a heating pad and nothing is working.....I want to rip out my stomach lol

Ugh I had them so badly on Saturday night that I actually got physically ill from them.

i know what you mean too. i had really bad cramps Sunday morning. so bad that i started crying.
