I overslept by an hour. I live in Ronkonkoma and have to be in the city by 8am! No time for a shower, hair in pony tail, washed face, ran out the door and made the next train. Now sitting here in my office with the door closed....ready to go HOME!

awwww sorry, i hate that and do it often where i just put my hair in a pony tail get dressed and have to run out. I LOVE the LIRR but at the same time one thing i hate is that if you miss the train you sometimes have to wait a while until the next one

I'm feeling very cranky myself this morning, and for no good reason, either. I don't even want to talk to anyone. FH called me at work and I was giving him one-word replies. UCH!

Seriously, I absolutely hate those mornings but when I have one I actually wish I commuted to NYC so I at least had the train ride to do my make up and eat, etc.

I feel your pain. I slept for four hours because i'm overly worked up about my test tonight. I so just want to crawl under my desk and take a nap!

That'll be my commute once I move out there and I anticpate mornings like yours. I do that commute on Mon. and Tues.
