Ok. I have a creative zen microphoto 4 GB player..but I lost the CD that comes with it that you DL on the comp and you can transfer the songs from the comp to the MP3 player...I tried to DL it from the site but I dont find the link...can someone help..is there anything I can do?

Do you have Windows Media Player? My FH has the ZEN and he told me how you can rip your songs using that...FM me if you have any questions, maybe he can help you! I have the nano, so I am no help!

Your best bet is to click on the contact us link and then customer support and then the link for email support. (or go to http://us.creative.com/support/contact/emailform.asp) I would choose the topic of 'I need help with a creative sofware application' and then type in your problem. They will contact you with an answer.
