From what a lot of people told me is the Rival ones are the best. you can control the temp. more evenly.

i have a white rival one and it's wonderful. i think it was around $30 and i use it all the time

This is the one I registered for. I have one now but its kinda small and I wanted a bigger one. Crock pots are awesome, what's better then coming home and having dinner ready!

We have a Rival & Farberware. The Rival definitely cooks better and has more temp control throughout the ceramic piece.We just received a Little Dipper Crock from our registry - still yet to try!
