Hi there. Does anyone know if a glass of Crystal Light counts as a glass of water? Just curious...

My boss does weight watchers and she told me that Crystal like is the same as water. You can drink as much as you want and it makes no difference. I drink it all day so I hope she is right

Yes it does, but not for all 8 glasses. After all, it isn't straight water.
I believe in Weight Watchers, you can have Crystal light, decaf tea or decaf coffee and that can be for up to 3-4 waters. After that, you need to drink straight water to fulfill your 8 glasses a day
