NWR: Cute & Crafty way to give a child $$ as a bday present?

Hey Ladies.

My nephew-to-be is turning 8 this weekend and has a savings account he is trying to build up. Id hate to give him cash in an envelope... does anyone know a cute way to 'Wrap' cash up for a kid in a fun way? I was thinking of doing it in $2 bills or something fun but I can't think of a way to present it.

TIA!

What about that roll of dollar bills? In a dispenser, do you know what I mean? They're taped end to end.

How much money are you giving? I love these banks. Can you fill the belly with silver dollars?

they sell ATM machines for kids. You can give him that with money already deposited.

You can also get all the money in dollar bills and fill a big Sports mug or bank with the singles and let him count how much it is.

A piggie bank filled with money! (If you want to give him $100 you can fill it with 100 $1 bills...etc)

They sell little maze games....the kind where you have to turn it back and forth to get the little silver ball through the maze...and then once you complete the puzzle, you can open it and get the money out. My mom used to use them all the time. They used to sell them on QVC, but maybe just search online.

My aunt used to give us our $$$ like this:
She'd buy a box of Cracker Jack & carefully open it without tearing it.

Then, she'd take that little 'surprise toy' out & carefully open it carefully along the seams. She'd take out the 'toy' (which always was lame anyway, like a cheesy tattoo) & she'd replace it with the bill. Usually a $50. (The more bills in the little package, the harder it is to close it back up).

Then, she'd put the Cracker Jacks & 'NEW & IMPROVED surprise' back in the box & seal the box up (Easy to do with an Elmer's glue stick).

When we'd find our toy, we were always way more excited! to get what she'd put in there!!!!

When I was younger as gifts we would make money fans, like making a paper fan but using bills instead. always a hit. BTW I think it is so great that your nephew is so smart about money already!!
