NWR - Dance clubs?

My FH and I are kinda shy, so we need to get comfortable dancing in crowds before our wedding!

Please recommend some nice places to dance on Long Island and the city. Nothing too young, we are over 30. Any type of dancing is fine.

my parents go to chelsea's on hempstead turnpike... levittown i think... i've been there too but on a different night then them.... i think they go like wed or thru... it's an older crowd.. i kno they have like 30+ nights
