NWR - Dermotologist in Nassau

Hey all

I am looking for a GREAT dermotologist. I have one now, but I do not like him all that much

My skin used to be REALLY bad, but it has gotten much better over the last year or so. AS of recently, I am breaking out ALL the time and it has gotten to a point where I dont want to go out because I am embarrassed. I am getting married in 4 months and I want my skin to look nice!!

I was just telling my friend that I used to go to the BEST dermatologist in Nassau County. I believe he was in Woodbury or somewhere nearby. His name is Dr. Sklar and I'm sorry but that's all I recall-he was great, and cleared up my skin beautifully. Good luck!

I have a great dermatologist. She's a bit expensive but really good. Only problem she's in the city. Fm me if you want her information. I went to her about five years ago when my skin was breaking out a bit. To this date, I don't break out at all with the exception of the time of the month where sometimes I may get one...so I try to eat foods that lower inflammation such as salmon and brocolli and other types of veggies. If you change your diet, you can really see the difference on your skin.

ETA>>I have a list of foods to avoid. I don't have the book with me right now. I have it at work. If you want it, FM me to remind me and I will send it to you on Tuesday when I go back to work. You still have time for your skin to clear. Don't worry.

My FI goes to a great dermotologist in Garden City on Franklin Ave.. FM if u want the details..

Dr. Schneiderman in Syosset is good, so is Dr. Pacernick in Plainview. I've been very happy with both of them

Dr. Theodore Daily on Stewart Ave. in Westbury is pretty good. I went to him several times years ago and my skin cleared up nicely.

I used to have horrible skin. I went for laser and use proactive. Now I get compliments all the time. It really does work.

I second Dr. Sklar!! I went to him several times before our wedding and thank gosh I did. His whole staff is highly recommended. I also saw Dr. Melman in his office.
