I'm so sorry to hear this I hope you feel better soon! I would suggest going to a nutritionist, some work in doctors' office. Call your doctor tomorrow and ask the secretary if they can recommend a good nutritionist for you.

Re: NWR: does anyone have fibromyalgia?
I have had it too since I was a teenager. Some things that are helpful: A good diet with lots of frutis and veggies, lean meats, whole grain, avoid sugar. I believe there is a book called the Fibromyalgia Cookbook you can buy, - Massage- this has always helped me alot. -Physical therapy especially if the pain is espcially bad in a certain area of the body. - Heat such as warm baths ( jacuzzi jets are great, you can buy the kind that you attach to your tub at bed, bath and beyond), heating pads. - Acupuncture - Some people like pilates and feel that the slow movement is very soothing.
Once you work out your stomach issues there are a number of good medications that might help. Good luck and I hope you start to get some relief from treatment.

Re: NWR: does anyone have fibromyalgia?
so sorry to heart that. FIs mom has it. she told me that she had that condition even before it was accepted as a physical ailment (they used to treat that it was just a psychological/mental ailment) which was hard because no one believed her at first whenever she complains about muscle pains, etc... there are times that she's in a good mood but there are also times when she gets so down because of it.
i know she's been eating a lot of alkaline-rich foods (versus acidic foods) and drinking alkaline water and she's been feeling much better. i'll have to ask FI for more info if your interested. oh, and i know there's a book about it too (will have to ask FI's mom)
feel better
